International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission and Organization of American States sign Collaboration Agreement

The International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission and the Organization of American States have signed a Cooperation Agreement with a view to promote the dissemination and better implementation of international humanitarian law in the Americas.
