Following an invitation by the Norwegian Red Cross, Dr Robin McNeill Love, Vice President IHFFC, attended a technical meeting at the Norwegian Red Cross HQ in Oslo, Norway, on 17 and 18 June 2024.
The meeting concerned the issue of advancing the protection of healthcare within the context of the regulation and perception of distinctive emblems and other signs and symbols used to identify healthcare.
Dr McNeill Love expressed his appreciation to the Norwegian Red Cross for extending the invitation to him to represent the IHFFC at the meeting and indicated the IHFFC’s hope that the initiatives discussed would further enhance the vital cause of protection for healthcare personnel and their patients in conflict.
